A few common questions about payment, plans and what's included
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards at the studio front desk, as well as bank transfer for monthly memberships. Payment is required before your first class or at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships can be paused for travel or medical reasons with advance notice, and cancelled at any time before the next billing date. There is no long-term contract required for our monthly plans.
Are private relaxation therapy sessions included in every plan?
Private relaxation therapy sessions are included with the Wellness Plus package. Drop-In and Monthly Flex members can book these sessions separately at an additional rate, subject to availability.
Is there a trial class for new students?
Yes, new students can book a single drop-in class to experience our teaching style and studio atmosphere before committing to a monthly plan. Just mention it's your first visit when booking.
Do prices change during high season?
Our published prices remain consistent throughout the year. Any seasonal workshops or special retreat events are priced separately and communicated in advance.
